OXEN is not responsible for items removed at the customer’s direction if the customer later claims the items were removed by mistake.

6. Dumpster Rental Terms

Dumpster rental pricing, rental period, weight limits, dump fees, taxes, mileage fees, prohibited items, and extension fees may vary by agreement, location, and service type.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are responsible for:

• Providing a safe and legal location for dumpster placement

• Ensuring there is enough clearance for delivery and pickup

• Preventing overloading by weight or volume

• Keeping material below the top edge of the dumpster

• Avoiding prohibited items

• Paying any extra dump fees, overweight fees, contamination fees, relocation fees, dry run fees, or extension fees

8. Heavy Materials

Heavy materials such as dirt, concrete, rock, brick, tile, roofing, sod, sand, and similar materials may require special pricing, weight limits, or separate approval.

Customers must disclose heavy materials before booking. OXEN may refuse service or adjust pricing if heavy materials are not disclosed.

9. Property Access and Damage

The customer is responsible for confirming that driveways, lawns, curbs, sidewalks, parking areas, and placement areas can support trucks, trailers, dumpsters, and equipment.

OXEN will use reasonable care while performing services, but we are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Weak, cracked, narrow, steep, soft, or unstable driveways

• Underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation, drains, or pipes

• Low-hanging wires, trees, roofs, gutters, or structures

• Customer-requested placement in risky areas

• Pre-existing damage

• Normal wear from moving heavy items or equipment

Customers should identify fragile areas, hidden utilities, or special property concerns before service begins.

10. Payments

Payment is due according to the invoice, quote, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment may be due upon completion, delivery, pickup, or before service begins.

OXEN may charge for:

• Hauling

• Disposal

• Dump fees

• Weight fees

• Mileage

• Taxes

• Rental extensions

• Waiting time

• Cancellations

• Extra trips

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

OXEN may charge a cancellation fee, trip fee, or dry run fee if a crew, truck, trailer, or dumpster is dispatched and the job cannot be completed due to customer cancellation, no access, blocked access, incorrect information, unsafe conditions, or prohibited materials.

12. Photos, Reviews, and Marketing

Customers may send photos for estimates or job verification. OXEN may take photos before, during, or after service for internal records, proof of service, training, dispute resolution, and marketing.

We will make reasonable efforts not to publicly display sensitive personal information such as addresses, license plates, private documents, or identifying personal details.

By leaving a review, comment, testimonial, or social media post, you authorize OXEN to use it for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
